This pictorial explores how a formal academic dissemination format may be embody the qualities of the designs presented in it.

We focus on the interactive qualities of two tangible interaction designs. One design uses a centralised approach based on semantic abstraction. The other design uses a distributed and localised approach based on Gestalt psychology. The pictorial invites the reader to actively and physically engage with the pages of this publication.

We ask the reader to print the pages of this pictorial and to engage in folding sequences on particular pages. To physically engage with the different interactive qualities of the two different designs.
